Step 1: Realisation

Customer: ‘’I have a beautiful item I don’t wear anymore!’’

Step 2: Customer fills out the brief

- Take a photo of the item you want to upcycle.

- Measure it.

- Provide a reference image of what you want your current item to be upcycled into.

- Add any other information you find important.

Send your brief to hello@deeaiwai.com

Step 3: We publish your brief to our designers community!

Designers bid for your project including the following information:

- quote
- timeframe
- portfolio
- social media profiles
- any ther comments about the brief.

Step 4: Customer selects the designer and finalize the brief!

Once the designer is selected. We send both of you the final brief for approval.

This will have all project requirements inclosed in one document.

This will serve as progress benchmark for the designer and the client!

Step 5: Customer sends clothes to the designer!

Once the brief is approved, the first 50% of the project sum will be paid to the designer.

Step 6: Transformation phase

While designer is busy transforming your garment, deeaiwai makes sure that all brief requirements are followed through occasioanal check ins.

Step 7: Completion

Designer submits 100% completion report, which is shared with customer.

The report contains photo evidence of each brief requirement fulfilled.

Once approved, the product is shipped back to the customer and the second half of project sum is transferred to designer.
