Brief 001:

Jes wants to turn her boyfriend’s old Kenzo crewneck  (men’s M/L) into a  women’s S/M cropped zip-up jacket.
Since it no longer fits him, she’d love to upcycle it into something stylish and wearable for herself.

cotton (heavy)

black with thin white stripes
(grey color on the inside)

Kenzo

Customer name:
Jes (not real name, customer preferred to stay anonymous)

Customer location:
London, UK

Customer budget range:
65-140£
Customer’s comments:1. Crop the bottom by 20cm and remove the ribbed hem.

2. Finish the bottom edge with a clean, standard hem (non-ribbed), tapering slightly for a slimmer fit.

3. Use excess fabric from the cropped section to create a collar similar to the reference image. The current shirt has a wide neckline (58cm circumference), I would like to have the collar a bit tighter to my neck (50cm collar circumference - measured from my favorite shirt)

4. Insert a zipper along the centre front.

5. Raise the bottom of sleeves (move the ribbed cuffs higher) by 6cm.

6. Reduce the circumference of the cuffs from 27cm (current) to 17cm

Any extra material required:1. Zipper (black to match the fabric)
